Summer Mineral Ridge League

Mineral Ridge Girl?s Fastpitch League will begin our 15th year around June 3rd of 2008. ? ? This year we will be running three divisions:

1. B ? League
2. A ? League
3. Super A League for Travel Teams

The Super A League games will be played on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays. ? ? ?The A & B Leagues will also have some games on Sundays. ? ? ?Games will be a double header format.

The cost of the league is $700 for 20 regular season games. ? ? ?There will also be a ?double elimination? tournament at the end of the season. ? ? ?Each league will crown a regular season and tournament champion. ? ? Each game will be umpired by two NSA umpires and new balls will be provided.

All games will be played at the one of the following locations:

Seaborn Elementary School

Youngstown, OH 44515

I was wondering how many 14U teams that you are expecting? Silver Creek Starz 14U are interested. Thanks in advance for any info.

My understanding is that it isn't broken down by age groups. There is A and B and Super A. You could have 12-U teams playing high school teams. Is this correct?
