Tournament Director Advertisement Fee's

    TheSoftballZone has implementing a retroactive tournament advertisement fee. All Tournaments held after May 01, 2019 will have advertising fee's of $1.00 for each team that enter your tournament.

    You can choose to promote, advertise or market your tournament(s) on any of our following formats.

    Friendly's and scrimmages are exempt
    How to pay your fees?

    You can download our payment form * click here * or download the attachment in this thread.

    Payment by PayPal or Credit Card text 740.704.5705 for details.

    Payment is due within 15 days after your tournament date, if you host multi
    tournaments you can choose to pay advertisement fees every 30 days.

    of your event(s) only.

    Ricky, not sure what the best process is going to be for you but you are going to be spending a lot of time collecting money.

    Dave, I don't disgree with you. Most of the tournament director that market heavy on our sites are well aware how beneficial and essential marketing in this region is to the overall success for their events. I've talk to lots of tournament directors over the last few years and most have said that 80% + of there teams come thru

    We have over 6,000 views ever single day in the tournament section of the forum with about 1200 being search bots and we average around 150 - 300 + hourly on with about 32 being search bots.

    My hope is that most (TD) will follow thru and pay the very small fee were asking in return for the benefit we offer as a platform to locate teams.
