Usssa 12u pride lady diamonds looking for 3 players!

The USSSA Pride Lady Diamonds 12U team is looking for three athletic players looking to play a competitive schedule for the 2016-2017 season.
We are looking for a pitcher, catcher, and utility player.

Our schedule includes:
IUP Showcase, Aunt Rosies, Battle of the Burgh, USSSA States, and USSSA World Series, as well as several local tournaments for our summer schedule. Along with one winter tournament in February and a winter league in March through April on Sundays.

Our player development is currently running. We have Howard Kabota flying in on the second week of December to work with our teams while our player development program is going.

Our team has been practicing two days a week since August. We are looking for dedicated players and parents who are striving to get to the next level of play.

Coach Miller,

Hello. I've just read your organization's post describing it's teams, player development program, and coaching staff on softballzone.com and was impressed, which brings me to my present inquiry:

1. Does your organization, or anyone you know, provide high calibre catching (primary) and/or hitting instruction (secondary)?

While Riley (11 y/o [3/28/05]) is a solid catcher- (arguably) considered by many to be her rec. league's top catcher, our goal is to prevent a possible plateau absent a higher level of instruction and play (i.e. travel ball). That is, though she's certainly grown in rec. ball, its coaching level falls short of that which we desire. It's also our hope to keep Riley's skills sharp during the off-season in order to take advantage of any opportunities she may receive to play, especially on short notice.

Further, player development is virtually non existent in our league- a facet of travel ball Riley would benefit from greatly.

Nevertheless, we've been unable to find higher calibre private lessons locally.

Any suggestions/advice you may have re: how we may keep her active (practicing/playing) would be greatly appreciated!
