USSSA 19th Annual Buckeye Cup Open NIT - Ring Event
USSSA Direct National Championship Qualifier
John Bishop Park - Whitehall, OH & Pickerington North High School - Pickerington
Preferred format 2 games seeding into D/E bracket play for all age groups.
Age Groups offered: 10u, 12u, 14u, 16u teams.
This event is in it's 19th season. USSSA NIT's offer 3x points along with direct National Championship berths for the top 3 teams. Ohio USSSA will be awarding Rings to the champion and finalist along with medals for 3rd place. Top 3 teams will also pick up team awards.
This season Ohio USSSA is offering the NIT Double Play Program. Teams can enter this event and the Slam-into-Summer NIT in Westerville on June 22-24, 2018 and take a $50 per event discount. Click here for the form to send for this. 2018 Double Play NIT.
USSSA - 2018 qualifying event. Top 3 teams in each age group will earn National berths to USSSA National tournament of their choosing. USSSA 2018 National Championships are listed here: 2018 USSSA Nationals.
USSSA does offer "odd year" age classes. Teams that classify as odd year (9/11/13/15) must have all girls with the same birth year or younger. This year the USSSA Great Lakes Division "Odd Year" National Championships are in Dayton, OH the week of July 18-22, 2018. Info here: Great Lakes "Odd Year" National Championships.
Entry fee is $473 for all teams. If team is not USSSA registered: Please click here to register your team for 2018: USSSA Team Registration Info. No team will be accepted unless your team has registered online.
