Walsh Jesuit High School will be hosting a pitching and catching camp on Saturday, April 6 from 12 to 2 pm.
PITCHING
For beginners, we will be covering
Please note: We will be doing hitting in this camp as well. We will likely do an hour to an hour and fifteen minutes of pitching /catching and a half hour to 45 minutes of hitting.
Catchers who attend the camp will be paired with pitchers of similar ability. If we do not have enough catchers, we will need a parent to catch for their daughter.
The cost of the camp is $25 per player. The camp will take place indoors in the athletics fieldhouse on the Walsh Jesuit campus, located at the following address:

NOTE: We will likely limit the number of pitchers to 10 so we aren't too cramped. We can take more than 10 catchers.

- Changeup
- Improving mechanics
- Changeup
- Drop
- Screw
- Rise
- Depending on what pitches you currently throw.
- Basic receiving mechanics
- Blocks
- Throwing out base stealers
- Pick off plays
