My DD swung 34" 26oz from HS through college. Our HS team had a mix of 34” and 33” the bigger girls swung 34" the smaller 33" drop depending on player.

In Travel most of our 16U ladies swung 34" with a couple 33" by 18u-23u all the ladies swung 34" with a variety of drops -8 through -12 that they could swing.

The higher the drop -10 & -11 seems more likely to break with the older more powerful girls

My DD swings a 34 drop 8 in college and has since first year 18U. That said, a vast majority of her team is swinging 33 drop 10's. I did an unofficial poll amongst 15 or so former players of mine that are playing at the college level from MM D1 through D3. They told me #1 bat length and weight on their team was 33/23, second was 34/25 and there were a few 34/26 and 32/22's thrown in for good measure.

I would think it would depend on the size and stature of the player and less the age designation of the team the player plays on.

counted all the bats in our 18u dug out saturday morning. 12 players. game and back up bats.

Thanks Stedman Th3 33 -10 is the majority of our Dugout also. Seems our Girls get comfortable swinging with that & stick to what's working.

yes they do. we just finished season and tallied stats from all official games. 80 games, 214 extra base hits.
