Why do teams use coaches names in the name of the team.

I was going thru the teams names in a upcoming tournament and was wonder. Why do coaches have to use thier names in the team names?

Some organizations have multiple teams in the same age group. Some organizations also use colors to distinguish teams.

That’s the reason I use last name behind our team name. 2 teams in my age group so when my girls email college coaches or talk to them they know which team.
