I love rhetorical questions

I'm sure it was all just an honest misunderstanding, just scanned through the rules a little too quickly and overlooked the fact that you can't be older than 16 to play in a 16U tournament (as the Org's response suggests). Maybe the coach was truly putting these girls interests first, and just wanted to get the older girls more game time that they otherwise could not have gotten, not thinking that bending a small little rule would cause such a problem? I can't imagine that there would be a coach out there that is so unscrupulous that he would put his ego driven persona before the integrity of the game, and before the righteous innocence of a group if young teen ladies. I know I've never come across any coach like that in my DD's years in fast pitch.
