WE WILL BE UTILIZING WILLIG SOFTBALL FIELDS AND WEIS PARK IN CANTON OHIO FOR THIS YEAR’S FALL SHOWCASE.

16u & 18u (mixed together) Age Bracket Only showcase Willig Fields and Weis Park. Any 16U or 18U team may send in an entry form accompanied with a check. We will NOT be able to hold spots without entry fee. Showcase fills up too quickly.
DATE: Saturday October 6th & Sunday October 7th, 2018 (NO RAIN DATE)
ENTRY FEE: $600.00 5 game guarantee
LIMITED AVAILABILITY (32 TEAMS) – Sign up early
This year we will play 5 pool games. We will guarantee 5 games (weather permitting) (3 games) on Saturday and 2 games on Sunday. Or some combination of 3 games and 2 games on the two days!
ALL GAMES WILL BE 1 hour and 25 minutes and we will finish the inning. (weather permitting) (games can end in a tie)
The CITY of CANTON, and The Ohio Wolfpack Organization, or anyone else involved in the tournament will not be held responsible for any accident or injury sustained during this showcase. Thank you for participating and GOOD LUCK throughout the showcase.

ITEMS THAT YOU MUST BRING WITH YOU:
CHECK-IN ** IMPORTANT **
All teams must bring COPIES of the following items TO TURN IN at check-in. (please staple papers in the following order in order to expedite the check-in process for coaches and Tournament Volunteers:
1 – Copy of ASA Sanction Card (2019)
2 – Copy of ASA Roster
3 – Copy of Team Insurance
4 – Copy of ACE Cards for all coaches who have taken the ACE Certification (Required of at least one)
5 – Back Round Checks for ALL Coaches (Required by Ohio ASA) FYI – if all coaches get ACE certified, the Back Round Check is part of the process.
6 – Copy of Concussion Certificates for ALL PEOPLE IN DUGOUT (Required by the State of Ohio)
**This would include scorekeepers if they are located in the dugout during games**
WE ARE OFFERING AND ENCOURAGING “PRE-REGISTRATION” THIS YEAR. IF YOU CHOOSE TO TAKE ADVANTAGE OF THIS, PLEASE DO THE FOLLOWING: 1) SCAN REQUIRED DOCS FROM LIST ABOVE AND 2) EMAIL THE SCANNED COPIES TO CHUCK FERRELL AT Chasmo112@aol.com . THIS WILL BE ONE LESS THING TO DO UPON ARRIVAL.

Gate Fee Policy:
Please inform your parents & your coaching staff...
All spectators, including coaches, will need to buy a wrist band at the gate. The wrist band MUST be worn on one of your wrists at ALL times. Up to (3) coaches per team will be issued a free wristband upon registration.
Prices: $5.00 - per day per person
FREE - 14 years old or younger

- NO Pets inside either park during any of the games. (PARK POLICY FOR WILLIG PARK)
- NO Alcohol inside the playing areas at any time. We have the right to check.
- NO Wheeled toys of ANY kind inside the playing area at Genshaft Park.
