WE ARE VERY EXCITED TO BE UTILIZING WILLIG FIELDS IN CANTON OHIO. THIS IS ONE OF THE BEST PLACES TO PLAY GIRLS FAST PITCH SOFTBALL IN THIS AREA OF THE STATE!

ENTRY FEE: $575 per team *NO GATE FEE* 4 game guarantee
** Entry packet can be obtained by downloading off of our tournament post on Tournament USA

LIMITED AVAILABILITY – Sign up early – tournament will close once desired number of teams are entered.
There will be 3 pool games, with seeding into bracket games. Bat as many as you want and unlimited defensive substitutions in pool play AND bracket play. (ASA POOL PLAY RULES apply throughout)
ALL GAMES WILL BE 1 hour and 15 minutes and finish the inning.
The CITY of CANTON, The Ohio Wolfpack Organization, or anyone else involved in the tournament will not be held responsible for any accident or injury sustained during this event. Thank you for participating and GOOD LUCK throughout the tournament.

All teams must bring copies of the following items TO TURN IN at check-in. (please staple papers
In the following order in order to expedite the check-in process for coaches and Tournament Volunteers:
1 – Copy of ASA Sanction Card (2021)
2 – Copy of ASA Roster
3 – Copy of Team Insurance
4 – Copy of ACE Cards for all coaches who have taken the ACE Certification (Required of at least one)
5 – Back Round Checks for ALL Coaches (Required by Ohio ASA) FYI – if all coaches get ACE certified, the Back Round Check is part of the process.
6 – Copy of Concussion Certificates for ALL PEOPLE IN DUGOUT (Required by the State of Ohio)
**This would include scorekeepers if they are located in the dugout during games**
Please have copies of Birth Certificates on hand if any Protests arise.
ROSTERS
“OPEN” Rosters so teams who have trouble with players due to other sports being able to play.

- NO Pets inside the parks during any of the games. (CITY OF CANTON RULE!!)
- NO Alcohol inside the playing areas at any time. We have the right to check.
- NO Wheeled toys of ANY kind inside the playing area at Genshaft Park.
