We still have 2 openings for 14-U and 3 for 10-U and we still need 6 12-U. We have had several teams verbaly committ but have not sent in a registation form. These teams are not in our count. ?

Question?
Since this is now a 2007 nsa qualifer before nsa national for 2006 are even played; are players on the rooster considered to be on the roster for 2007 with the team they are playing with in this tournement. I hope you understand what I'M ASKING HERE/

I know to keep the birth you have to retain 50% of your current roster.

Thank you for a well ran tournament. With the rain on saturday you did a good job getting games in even though we got to play 2 we were lucky we got to play at all, hope you think about adding 16-U next year, we would love to come back!

Re: Wooster Fastpitch Classic now NSA 2007 Qualifi

Just curious , To all of you who have ran tournaments before : How do you usually determine who gets third if you do have a third place finisher ( as far as giving out medals or throphys) .Is it usually runs allowed for the whole weekend , or runs allowed on Sunday or is it runs allowed last game played .Was just wondering how most people do it .

I believe most of the time it was total runs on elimination day.

Re: Wooster Fastpitch Classic now NSA 2007 Qualifi

If in the future Rain comes again the Tournament Director should have a plan in effect to communicate to the coaches, ie: Should have a meeting place to discuss what the plans are for the next day. We got to the field Saturday at 12:20 and was told we play cross town at 1 pm. No time to warm up or anything and with the cold and rain someone was lucky to not get hurt. After the rain came in the second game 3 teams had to wait to find out the plan for the rest of the day and for Sunday. All and all it was a good time. The 14-U Divison for a first year tournament had some good competition, The Umpires did a good job as well, Just a little more communication between the tournament director and the coaches that way you dont have to wait for a call back and hope he got the message. The Field crews did a good job getting everything ready hats off! Would hope that there is a 16-U division next year!

Thank you for a fun time!
