To achieve all around improved speed and first step explosion with each athlete, as well to provide each individual a better understanding of ways to continue to increase speed and performance to utilize on the field.
*All Sessions are on Saturdays from 8:00-9:30AM

This is a participating clinic, please bring glove, spikes and wear proper attire.
