Thanks FL RAY TURK is still around. She is also playing on the Lasers Orange this year. But you know her... She plays her heart out at what ever position she is needed in.
Sorry FL Ray (and Turks mom)---totally missed your post!!
Turko is definitely still around. She is one tough cookie too! Turko had a great season for the Lasers Orange last year (mostly at 2b) and works extremely hard. If you haven't seen her play lately---oooo does she have some range.
Thank you for the compliments on our players. They all work very hard to be the best they can!
I concur Rebecca Gamby, is probably the toughest catcher I have seen by far! ?She will put her face in front of a ball to stop it. She is a great girl that comes from a very nice family. ?My daughter has finished up her travel ball career playing with her. ?She is a tough cookie.
SAMANTHA ROBERTS WITH THE CRUSHERS IS ONE TOUGH GIRL SHE WAS OVER 50% IN RUNNERS CAUGHT STEALING. GOOD HITTER AND ABOVE AVG SPEED. BEST IN OHIO I DONT THINK SO. BUT SHE IS CERTAINLY FUN TO WATCH.
Gretchen Angel she plays for Fairfield Sr. High School .She also plays for the Lady Charmers.
She has been there starting catcher since her Sophomore year.
The Nightmare catcher (Vasquez) is going to surprise some people this year, she has worked very hard on her craft. Her pop times have improved dramatically (Kent State coach had her at 1.39) with good fundamentals.
