While not in Ohio or Indiana, i'd highly recommend the University of Michigan's 2 day pitching camp in the summer. I believe it is somewhere in the range of $75 total for both days and I think each session is 2 hours. Michigan brings in several other division 1 college coaches (and D2) as well as instructors like Pat Brower. The girls break up into groups of 5-6 and go through various stations and work with the coaches there. My daughter went and shortly thereafter, we were forwarded an e-mail from one of the other D1 college coaches there who apparently worked with her and had interest in her and wanted the rest of her summer schedule. Pat Brower showed my daughter how to throw a different version of her change-up that is more of a drop change and she picked up on it pretty quickly and uses it now (she calls it her Michigan change since she learned it there)

Another good pitching camp is Ohio State- they limit the number of girls that attend to 12 (I think) so you get a lot of 1 on 1 and the Head Coach was always there working with the pitchers.

I wouldn't recommend UK- while I LOVE Kentucky and their coaches, the pitching camp tends to draw over 100+ girls at the same time.
