Alot of Threads on our Umpires..... We had our High School Game finish with this scenario.
Home Team Batting Bottom of 7th Inning
Bases Loaded 1 Out
Batter Hits a Single between 1st & 2nd Base Runner on 1st gets hit by ball running to 2nd.
Umpires acknowledge runner being hit & Game over as runner from 3rd would of scored????
Our understanding is DEAD BALL Runners can't advance on a Dead Ball.

did ball pass a fielder other than the pitcher? likely yes, 1b. therefore if it hit runner it's still live BUUUTTT....

Now the umps have to decide if another fielder had a play on ball. if no play, live ball, run like crazy.

It's different rule than baseball.

Yes it Dribbled out of the infield That's what we were curious about if it is one of those Crazy Judgement Calls - Which always leaves one Team Fuming! In this case its us.
