Displaying player profiles at tournaments

What is the best way to post team / individual player profiles at showcase and other tournaments? I've seen some hang an accordion style folder on the backstop, others on the team dugout. That seems cumbersome...when scout/coach's times are valuable, I want to make it easy for them to get the info they want. What do you use?

we use a coach to hand them out. They have at lease a couple for every player, more accessible and each player carries more.

One sheet with the entire team listed on it is easiest for coaches to use. Then have a bar code for each player with full bio and videos that can be clicked on.

We always used a coach who would be next to the banner with the profiles in order to assist and make sure coaches were getting them and not anyone else.
