Hi - looking for 12U pitcher for next year ( 2023 summer)
I run a team for Explosive in Cleveland area that will be 12U next year 2023 summer. I am looking for a aspiring or current #1 pitcher who can be the final piece for this team. Team has been built from scratch over last 2 years and has a solid core of hitters, excellent catchers, #2 pitchers and players able to play multiple defensive positions well. I have been coaching for 20+ years, a non-parent coach, and have coached dozens of players who played for my teams for 4-6 year spans that advanced to collegiate play at all levels. We practice year round using indoor and outdoor facilities. I take pride in staying current with the highest level of training and coaching and actively train hitting, slapping and pitching
The player I am looking for is #1 - a solid teammate, #2 has demonstrated strength and speed to currently pitch at least at 46-49 mph, and is willing to work hard to develop into a 52-3+ mph pitcher with several competitive pitches for next summer. ( real speeds, real radar) I can train a willing hard worker on any pitch, and train pitches that actually move.
