    Any decent major league right fielder could’ve caught that, the wall is not high, it was definitely not in any way a spectacular play. The announcers just tend to fall all over anything the Yankees do.....

    You’re right. That one would’ve made a bid difference.
    The DD has the same thing happen at nationals in MD this summer. Hit the knob, you could tell the sound was the bat, the kid never flinched, and the ump called hit batter. The last time the DD hit a batter in the hand it broke their finger. Can’t tell me there isn’t any reaction from softball to MLB when you get fingers smashed!!!
    All said tho, I was glad about He call on chisenhall, not so much on the one called on the DD

    I was thinking the same thing. Sure, Aaron is 6'7", but he barely left his feet. Anybody else with an 18" vertical jump would have caught that ball...
