Sad news

Very sad news this morning out of WVA. Marshall alumni/JHS Head softball coach Emiliegh Cooper was lost in an auto accident on the way back to Marshall for a clinic with young players.
Sad loss for the softball community and the girls softball team at my old high school.
My thoughts go out to everyone involved in the program there and to her family.

We have an Avon alumni who was a teammate of hers. It's a sad day for all. Thoughts and prayers are going out for the team, family, and those who know her.
