23U - Ohio Classics Information

Ohio Classics will be putting a 23U or over 18 team on the field this summer (however you want to look at it!). Will play in three tournaments that are Saturday/Sunday only and will be located within three hours drive of Columbus. At least one in Toledo and one in Columbus not sure on third - maybe Cincinnati or Beavercreek.

We are starting to put together the team - if there you are interested in playing, contact Classics Director Doug Mix at 614-565-6507 or email at Doug.Mix@OhioClassics.org to discuss your participating on our team. We currently have some very good softball players who have indicated interest.

Coach will be Monica Mix. Monica is a two time All-State player who competed collegiately at Hillsdale College and has extensive coaching experience with Liberty Union and Canal Winchester high schools and at the club level with the Classics. She played her club ball for the Lasers, Stingrays and CO Rebels winning an NSA national title with the Rebels in 2003 and a USSSA title with the Ann Arbor Gold in 2005. She is a highly respected hitting instructor and extremely knowledgeable about the game.

I know this is far for your team but it might be worth it! We had 22 Teams last year. Teams as far away as 8 hours, Many teams 3 to 4 hours away.
