The 18u Akron Racers is looking to add a solid 16u / 18u Shotrstop to our 2018 roster. This player will log a vast majority of the innings at shortstop. Coached by a former Division I College. Coaching staff stresses not only the physical aspect of the game but also the mental aspect and fundameanfals to make our players better everyday. This player must not only be solid defensively and hit for average/power but more importantly a solid indivdual who is TEAM player. Team comes first before any individual. We will play in 7 to 8 competitive/showcase tourneys. Lastly, if you are interested in playing in college, we will help with contacting coaches, sending referral letters, and/or making a highlight video to showcase your talents.
