Anyone know how to get rid of the: "TOURNAMENT TOOL TIP"

Really annoying that every page has this popup and forces the browser to the bottom of the page. Makes it difficult to even read the site.

Wow, this deal with "Tips" popping up at the bottom of every page you click on is giving me a headache......

Click on a page and then it takes you to the Un-read posts for about a second, then jumps to bottom of page for a tip.
Tips are Great - but this is ridiculous to have the page jumping up and down like this every time!!!!
