This event will be held May 23 / 24 at Rotary Park, Beavercreek, Ohio.
No Friday Games.

This event is open to 10u, 12u, 14u and 16u teams. Classifications within each age group may be combined if not enough teams.

Rotary Park has NO cooler restrictions, an awesome concession stand, full service restrooms and plenty of picnic/warm-up areas.

4 game format. (3 pool + single elim bracket).

$480 Entry Fee+ $ 75 Park Use Fee.

Please be aware of a significant change in total team fees for 2020.
NEW for 2020. City of Beavercreek will be implementing a PRE_PAID park user fee system. The funds raised will be used specifically for needed Rotary Park facility improvements to better your experience here. The charge will be applied to each team entry fee. You can pay on usssa web site or to Terry or to City directly.

This is still far less than most locations, who charge $5 per day per person.

None of the park fee dollars go to the Tournament Director.

MVP Player of the Game ribbon awarded in pool play games.

This event is USSSA sanctioned, and is a NC / WS qualifier.
