2021/2022 SEASON TRYOUT INFO

TRYOUT WILL BE HELD @ BERLINER
WE WILL HOST A LIVE SCRIMMAGE AFTER TRYOUTS LIKE LAST YEAR.

AUGUST 15TH

(FIELD #22 10am-2pm

Our Goal will be to Compete at the highest level across the Midwest Region while getting the Athletes plenty of Exposure. ALL positions will be considered. I will be fielding phone calls and hosting private tryouts upon request starting this week 7/12/2021. ALL calls and tryouts will be confidential.

What I am looking for in Athletes for this team:
*Good Students
*Willing to put in extra work on your own
*Team first mentality BE SELFLESS
*Want to compete at the highest level
*Desire to attend college or already verballed.
*Great Parents

* We have a couple girls currently on the team now that have already verbally committed and a few more that's in the process.


Athletes will be expected to attend Camps, send emails, and build relationships with Colleges on their Hot List.

Athletes will be required to attend Team practices/ Team Camps/ Friendlies during winter months.

DOOM has a great track record of getting Athletes recruited at ALL levels of play. Most importantly we want to help you find a school that fits your desired career. Softball during your college years is just a bonus!

Outdoor practices will start end of August at a Central location for the Athletes.

With a Great Summer Showcase season wrapped up we ended our Summer season with an Outstanding record of 30-11-5.


We still have Nationals to play next week in Ocean City, MD.

We are looking forward to Competing in Ocean City and Representing OHIO Softball to the fullest! With 40+ teams in the Class A/Open We are 1 of 2 Ohio teams Representing our Great State.

After a Great run at Class A/Open Nationals in OC, MD we finished 4th place out of 40+ teams. Finished our Summer season 39-14-5. We competed a TON! Our Athletes showcased their talents every weekend and we have received some great offers for these kids.
Great season!!



We will be looking to fill a few spots for 2021-2022 season.

What we are looking for:

•Athletes who will give their ALL every pitch of the game.

•Athletes who are Selfless and Team first mentality.

•Athletes who attend camps, desire to attend college, & will do all the work it takes to get there.

•Athletes with Great Parents who will cheer for the Team as a whole and not just their 1.

•Athletes who can play multiple positions.

- This team is a great team with a great core of girls. I have been coaching for roughly 20yrs (7yrs Baseball &13yrs Softball) and I can say this group hands down is the most talented and most fun group I have been a part of. From Fall last year till Summer we made great improvements and it showed on the field.

We competed at some of the Best Showcases against some of the Best Teams/ Organizations out there. We will continue to do so.

Our main goals, Compete at the Highest Level (without traveling all over the universe) and work to get the right fit for each athlete that wants to play ball in college while obtaining their degree.

Cincy Doom has a great track record of helping girls find the right fit schools and we will continue to do so.

We are not the Biggest organization out there but we try to be the Best. We treat each and every athlete and family with respect and each and every athlete is very important to us.

We Represent Ohio softball to the fullest and with class when we take the field. We treat our opponents and Umpires with respect as we want to be treated.

I am excited for August 15th to see all the Amazing athletes at tryouts!

We will run a live scrimmage last 1.5hrs of tryout. scrimmage will have 1 Umpire and you will start with a 1-1 count. You will play all your positions at least 1 inning. Same as last years tryout.
