What are some of the fitness tests the girls have to be able to do once they return to college?
just a guess, but maybe the list of exercises that they were given for their summer work outs? My DD was given an extensive list of circuit training drills and exercises to do on an 8 week schedule to do all summer.
Captain obvious, I was looking for specifics.
Run a mile under 8 minutes
10 gassers under 5 minutes
Hold a plank for 4 minutes
Separate names with a comma.
