When your done with your GAPSS pool schedule, see what you can do on the HOO Memorial tourney schedule. Looks like yours will be posted before theirs.

LOL. I know teams like to know where they are going, when they are playing, etc. etc. We try and get them out far in advance so that teams can work with their schedules.
