Cincy Landsharks Elite 14u is aging up to 16u this fall. Planning on playing mid - high level tournaments including showcases in fall 2021 and summer 2022. We are ready to help these athletes prepare for the next level as well as get them exposure! Located in Milford, OH.
Looking to field a strong team with 05/06 players. All positions will be considered. We have a solid core of 05/06 athletes but definitely looking for a high level pitcher and speedy Outfielder/s and utility with good bat!!
What we are looking for is passionate athletes with heart, drive and perseverance. Good attitude and drama free. I am 100% confident I will make my players better if they’re coachable. We pride ourselves in positivity and sportsmanship. Being a team player is a must and we need the WE over me mentality.
I do not yell at or demean my players so if you’re looking for that this isn’t the team. However, I’m stern and demand 110% effort and hustle at all times. We work hard and have fun while doing it. My goal is to get rid of the fear of failure through repetition and fundamentals from the ground up. As well as building confidence. We work extremely hard over winter and in the past 2 seasons we level up from fall to spring/summer. Creating strong bonds between the girls, coaches and families.
If needed we may have one more organization tryout end August however right now we are currently doing private tryouts.
