New Entry Fee Structure for 2021:
Easy as 1, 2, 3.
This will reduce your upfront budget outlay and save you money in a rain out situation.

1) Tournament Fee is $250 (balls included if no COVID around)
2) City prepaid gate is $100. This is used for park capital improvements. (Pay to city if you want). Refunded if no games played.
3) Pay $45 Cash to ump at pre game meeting for each game.

This means less cash outlay tied up with the TD in advance. Teams that play more games obviously will pay a bit more. And teams that only play 4 games will pay less. This is a more fair approach for all teams.

Beavercreek is sanctioning with WSL this year. Play in 3 events next summer @ The Creek and your sanctioning fee of $55 will be rebated back. Qualify for World Tournament at Panama City Beach, FL.

Beavercreek has a great concession stand and full service restrooms. You can bring in your own coolers and picnic right on site.
