1) Tournament Fee is $480 (balls and 2 umpires for ALL games included)
2) City prepaid gate is $75. This is used for park capital improvements. Not to TD.

Beavercreek is sanctioning with WSL this year. Play in an event and this fee is free.

You can bring in your own coolers and picnic right on site. Save lots of money. Stay inside the park all day and enjoy the shade.

Rotary Park has these great features:
- 8 fenced fields
- Musco Lights on 6 fields
- 2 OHSAA trained umpires for all games (this game deserves 2 umpires per field for fair play)
- plenty of Warm Up areas
- bleacher seating available (if all clear given)
- NEW dugouts on 4 fields
- Nature walking trails around the Beaver Creek
- paved paths between fields for easy setup change
- bike path for siblings to ride on
- new playground areas
- automated weather notifications
- shade trees throughout the park
- 2 different full service restroom buildings with flushing toilets and running water. Total of 10 individual private facilities
- on site parking
- spirit wear onsite
- people tell us the best park concession stand around, with the lowest prices for the most quantity and many menu options
- many off site food options within 3 miles of the park
- large shopping mall within 3 miles for a break

If this event is 100% rained out, you will get 100% of your entry fee and prepaid gate fee refunded. Partial refunds for partial games played.

WSL sanctioning is now FREE. A coach must still create an account online and verify background check. Takes 4 minutes.

WSL accepts paper rosters at checkin. No more loading player info unless you want to.

Can’t get any easier than that.

City fee reduced to $25 if you prepay in April.
