[NWO Lady Irish]

We have been bitten by the injury bug and find our extremely talented and competitive team short handed. All of our injuries are non-softball related except for a hyper-extended knee injury suffered during the championship game last weekend. We won the game, but have found ourselves missing 3 very strong utility players (back up catcher/utility; short stop/back up catcher; & 2B/utility). We are looking for a talented utility player with aspirations to play in college and interested in playing a competitive/showcase type schedule. We would prefer 2002 birth years but would consider either 2003 or 2001.

We are playing our final fall tournament this weekend, short-handed, with a couple of pick up players. This is a FASA World Series Qualifier and we intend to earn our berth and play in the FASA World Series next summer!

We will play 3 winter indoor tournaments:
Dec 9-10, 2017 - Winter Slam
Jan (TBD), 2018 - TBD
Feb 9-11, 2018 - Valentines Celebration (24hr tournament)

Our summer schedule will include:
June 9, 2018 - SGS Tune Up
June 15, 2018 - Sheer Madness Showcase
June 29, 2018 - Motor City Showdown
July 13, 2018 - Fastpitch Classic Showcase

Our remaining tournaments will be finalized shortly but could include a return to GAPSS or the Firesticks Showcase tournament, among others.
