Thumbs up to Louisville Slugger bats!
DD's almost new Xeno Plus has an end cap coming off. I contacted the company on their online form thinking it would be days before I heard back...within an hour, I had the authorization from them for the return. How sculpt a quick return with the new replacement, pretty sure we'll be more than taken care of!
More companies need to be this responsive!

Great Customer service with them. Once they get your return and process it, they will send the replacement out 2nd day delivery for you. Never a problem with them, always very helpful.

got the email last night longball00, new 2017 xeno plus has been shipped!! if we're living right, maybe it'll still be here for this weekend's tourney!
