The Miamisburg Sting Fastpitch Association will be holding 14U try-outs for the 2014-2015 season!
We are searching for a third baseman and a catcher! We've got a strong core of girls, just looking for these last few spots!
The team will be coached by Jason Prunest, who has coached several years for a Miami Valley middle school team, as well as assisted several fastpitch select organizations. He has 13 years of coaching experience, dedicating the last 4 years to fastpitch. His focus will be on offensive and defensive strategies.
Amanda Tonkin will also be coaching. Coach Amanda has 16 years of pitching experience herself, was the starting pitcher for Notre Dame College (South Euclid, Ohio) for four years, was inducted in the inaugural class of her college?s Athletic Hall of Fame and has 10 years of pitching and hitting instruction experience.
We are holding try-outs on the following dates at Miamisburg High School, 1860 Belvo Rd, Miamisburg, 45342:
Saturday, August 16, 2014: 12-2 pm
Sunday, August 17, 2014: 3:30-5:30 pm
Wednesday, August 20, 2014: 6-8:30 pm
