OUTCAST fastpitch is a tenured organization located the Dayton, OH. area. We are looking for a 14U Head Coach, and an Assistant Coach for the upcoming year. If you want to help our girls garner a "Love of the Game" and provide them with an atmosphere to capitalize on their higher level of skills, then you may be a good fit for our organization. We have a great response on our tryout pre registration in the 14U age bracket, but must fill a coaching position quickly for the upcoming season. If you are selected you can count on: A drama free organization Pick your own tournaments Run your own fundraising A board that can help support you with years of coaching and management knowledge to run a successful team. Assuming the U14 team will be mostly new since you have a new coach. Will it be primarily '02, '01 or a combo?
It will be up to Sierra, however we have girls that are moving up from 12U and some staying from 14U. I believe it will be primarily an 02 team with 3 or 4 older girls to have a good core.
