We have a great core group that loves the game and a very supportive organization that offers a full off season schedule at an indoor facility. We are a team first organization that routinely receives compliments from other teams/parents/umpires about how respectful our players are. We emphasize Effort, Attitude and Focus, and work hard on conditioning and hitting skills in the Fall and Winter, game readiness in the Spring, and team building all year!
We are committed to our Player and Team Goals; the 2020 culture determined by our team as a group was about being Prepared, being Fearless and being United. We talk about and reinforce our Team Culture in everything that we do.
We are an EFFORT and HUSTLE based team; that's what we emphasize way before the results.
If you are looking for drama, coaches that start subs over roster players or coaches that use the word "I" over "We", then this is not the team for you.
