I am offering 2 Pitching Fundamentals Classes. This 4 or 5 session class is perfect for girls with limited pitching experience as well as older pitchers looking to perfect mechanics and gain more speed or accuracy . I will cover basic pitching mechanics, as well as a variety of drills that will help pitchers improve their knowledge and understanding of the pitching motion. We will work on leg drive, posture, arm whip as well as many other aspects of the pitch. Pitchers must bring a catcher! Space will be limited to 4 pitchers.
