Politico Forum has been Replaced with Regional Weather Updates

The Old Politico Forum has been replace with a New (Regional Weather Update) Section. I believe that will get more usage out of a Weather Updates section, especially during High School and tournament season.

During tournament season we can set it up to update weather ever 10 mins.
