Ohio Power Fastpitch is recruiting Managers and Coaches for 2020/2021 season.
First off I’d like to thank everyone who has made this possible! Ohio Power Fastpitch is a non-profit 501 c 3 organization stemming off of an already established baseball program Ohio Power Baseball!
Making our start as a new organization our vision is to coach and mentor players to be the best they can be as an athlete and a person of the community on and off the field. We strive to give the players and parents an experience that both can appreciate. Our Goal is for each team to compete at a high level of softball to prepare them for the next level.
With that being said we are now recruiting Managers, and Coaches for the following age groups. 10U, 12U, 14U, 16U, and 18U! If you are a manager and have a team already and your thinking about switching organizations we would love to talk to you. All managers and coaches will have to complete a background check and interview with the director of OPF and the president of OPB. We are a select competitive organization. We will expect managers to treat and manage their teams in a competitive manner. Ohio Power Fastpitch already has the leg work done for costs, uniforms, equipment, and even paperwork.
We will accept full teams from anywhere in the Ohio region. If you want to become a part of what will soon be a sought after organization with high values on taking the kids to the next level, we would love to hear from you!
