[Softball-CH] Softball Slides Past Silver Lake on Senior Day
BENSENVILLE (Ill.) -- The Robert Morris University-Illinois softball team put a bow on their 2018 season on Sunday, besting Silver Lake College by scores of 21-0 and 14-1 to claim a doubleheader sweep over the Lakers from Manitowoc, Wisconsin.
Prior to celebrating a pair of run-rule wins on the field, the Eagles celebrated the final game for seniors Rebecca Dilley (SR/Silver Bay, Minn.), Chrissy Polka (SR/Park Ridge, Ill.), Megan Ricketts (SR/Tinley Park, Ill.) and Katlyn Sebastian (SR/Tinley Park, Ill.) -- each of whom made significant contributions in RMU's back-to-back victories at Liberty Field.
