CLERMONT, Fla. -- Point Park University softball played two more games versus South Florida competition on Sunday, and the Pioneers came away with a doubleheader split versus Florida National University. It was day two for Point Park at The Spring Games in Clermont, Fla.
Point Park (1-3) made quick work of Florida National (10-6) in the opener with a 12-3 victory in five innings. The Conquistadors scored five runs in the fifth inning of game two, and the Pioneers had their late rally come up short in a 5-3 defeat.
