From their website.

The department will not issue sports-related permits during this time. Additionally, all sports tournaments and events are canceled through the month of June.

FYI. Valley Extreme has the green light to host a 3-complex 60+ team event in NEO June 12-14. 5gg, 3pp / dbl elim. Starting Friday morning.

There's a lot of moving pieces but we're determined to give the girls an opportunity to play.

Teams / families will need to execute the waiver and follow COVID guidelines. You probably know the routine.

Crazy times. Stay safe, and sane.

It is currently listed under USSSA Tournaments - Indiana!!! May expand to 2 day if needed. But here is a chance to play in one day and not have to worry about hotels!

We all knew this was coming.
Move on to the next.
Berliner is a great place to place but there’s plenty of places holding tournaments all across Ohio and other States.

Is anyone else concerned that Betliner will be closed past June 30th and force the cancelations of multiple large events hosted by Fastpitch Showdowns?

Yes. June 30th was cutting it too close for us so we pulled out of a July event they were having and found somewhere else to play. Of course they kept our $100 "administration fee".

Pretty lame for them to keep the $100 fee, but I haven't dealt with them enough to expect that!!

From Columbus Recreation and Parks.

Columbus Recreation and Parks continues to place priority in keeping residents safe and healthy during the public health emergency, especially the city’s youth. With guidance from Columbus Public Health and the Ohio Department of Health, the department is moving forward with a phased reopening of summer sports leagues and tournaments. All practices and games for non-contact youth and adult sports will begin June 16; this includes baseball, fast-pitch, softball and cricket. The department will begin permitting tournaments and events for all non-contact and limited contact sports on July 1.
