At Sheps in Blue Ash-18 yrs experience, frm college pitching/slapping coach, 11 yrs lead pitching instructor at Reds Academy

Pitching--- at a sticking point or really need skill jump b4 season, something hurting, need to use legs/feet better, help with a pitch(es), use core better, bad habits need broken, just want different perspective, I got a little extra time in winter, holiday breaks come see me a couple times, I just like helping athletes become better softball players. $50 an hr, $30 half hr for only hitting , group sessions, etc.

I highly recommend Coach Spurlock. Great guy, awesome with kids and great knowledge.
