Update info on the Independence Weekend Blowout July 5,6 2008

We had Teams that were not listed that pulled out, and Teams that were listed that pull out.
Any Changes to the Tournament Format will be *Noted above each age group listed below.
We have also change the format for the tournament in 2008.
