what not to say, " don't ever shake off my pitch again."
this hs coach will not let a pitcher shake off a pitch. Anyone who knows anything about pitching knows the pitcher has to feel it or it aint gonna work. I'm talking about a coach who has said the rise ball is not a good pitch and hasn't moved a runner over in 3 years.
