Indoor Tournament Indoor winter locations needed

I am searching for information on all indoor WINTER events and locations for our 14U team members. Due to the fuel costs the closer the better now..... Columbus and Surrounding Areas are most important to us. There seems to be a shortage of options and we know there must be more locations out there. Anyone have any tips for me? Florida sounds good but hey, that is a mile or two too far. Thanks

We will be hosting indoor tournaments this year in Middletown. Last year we ran leagues but we are looking at doing tournaments this year. We will be working on the details over the next week. It should be something like, pool play then seeded into double elimination. Age groups will be 12U, 14U and 16U.

MD, I had pictures of the field from last year but I had computer issues and I lost them all. I'll see if I can't go down and take some more so every one can see. The field is 90ft wide an 175ft long. We ran the leagues last winter and everyone complimented us on the field. They all enjoyed it. The bases were all set at 60ft and the turf is soft so that you can slide on it.

I'm sure if someone reads this that played there last winter they can comment themselfs. We ran 3 league sessions and held an All Night Tournament.

We played in the All Night Tournament and the facility was terrific. Nice field, will definetly come back again.

That would be great if you could supply tournaments each month through the winter. I think that would satisfy many players and teams all around. This really sounds like a winner.

Thats the plan for this winter. I am meeting on Wednesday to get started on the Winter plans. I will keep everyone updated.

Our facility is in Middletown. It is the Middletown Tennis Club. The address to the facility is 800 2nd Ave. Middletown, Ohio. We are approx. 15-20 min. from the Kingdom.

All Stars (near the Continent in Columbus) has a JV and Varsity league..... We've played in the varsity league, and it's decent. You play with nine players.

The Heart of Ohio has a indoor league starting the first Sunday in November. Last year the cost was $650.00 for 15 weeks. You can play 7 and bat your roster. I will have 20 teams mixed with high school varsity and jv teams with a few travel teams. First 20 teams. I am at 16 now. Question call Ralph at 937-594-0008.
