I'd say the Stingray's Invitational is up there near the top, isn't it?

Stingrays (by a LOT)
GAPSS
States - probably "NSA" due to raw numbers (at least in the past)
HOO Memorial Tournament - has been good, not sure about all age groups though
Valley Extreme Tournaments - usually VERY solid, draws Pittsburgh teams also

Those are the ones in "my experience" that have been consistently solid. You'll have to beat at least 2-3 strong teams on Sunday to make it through any of those.

Uncle Stan's is a very fun tourney, featuring the best concessions I have seen at a tourney.
The Toledo Tune-up is a 7 GG is very well run and alot of fun.
Personally I really liked GAPPS to.

June 27-29 Uncle Stan's Classic ... N.Ridgeville, Ohio

This was the 2008 tournament date, it is in the west Cleveland area.

Thought it was a good tournament also, good teams at 14u anyways, and yes the food is great!

Of course, Stingrays.:D

GAPSS, lots of competition. Must attend.

The Columbus NSA has always been a good competitive event. This next year I believe it is going to be USSSA and still run by Mike Craig. Mike always puts on a good tournament with good competition. A must tournament. Usually an early to mid-June event.

Last year was our first time at Sluggerfest (14U) and there was excellent competition. Patti is changing some things this year to make it more family friendly. It should be on the list.

Never been to the Toledo Tune-up but have heard good things.

One that usually flies under the radar is the Delaware Jug Tournament in late May (I believe). Not a huge tournament but usually good competition and a good, hard working staff.

There are some good tournaments with good competition in Western PA. We used to attend the Hornet Early Bird in Ambridge (just north of Pittsburgh). Great competition and a hard working staff.

If your a 14U team, you have to attend the Orrville "Fire in the Sky" tourney. They run a top shelf tourney, watered fields, relined, snack and drink for every player after their games. A carnival runs right next to the fields, and they put on one of the best fireworks displays I have ever seen on Saturday night.

Lady Knights, do you know what weekend the Orrville tournament will be this year?

At 18-U, you can't forget about Loudonville. I've never been to Kidron, but I know that always draws a good field.

One day, one of my tournaments is going to make this list. This year's Uniform Blowout is drawing the 18u and 16u teams in Chillicothe for the October tournament.
