Buying four new bats, what would you buy?

My friend is starting a new 16 & Under team this summer, and was asking my feedback on where to buy bats, and what bats to buy.

If you where to buy four new bats, what would you buy?

I know last year at 16's, our girls used the Rocket Tech alot.

Maybe its just me, but we didn't have any girls use anything bigger than a 32" also, but I like the girls to be able to handle their bats and not big too big and heavy, from personal preference.

What four do you think would be the best to buy? Thanks

1-33 balanced

1-33 endloaded

Brand - I dont know if it matters.


Where - I bought my dd's bat off ebay 3 years ago. Blue catalyst balanced bat 32-22 - 15 year old

1 32 inch 23 oz Rocket Tech
1 33 inch 24 oz Rocket Tech
1 33 inch 23 oz Synergy
1 33 inch 23 oz Pheonix
All great bats with excellent reviews and almost a necessity on all 16U Teams
Looks like a great start.

I like Rocket Tech; Miken Halo; Easton Synergy and maybe one of the new "lite" or "extended" style bats like the Synergy Extended or the Halo Lite. These are just bats that my DD have had success with.

R/T, Synergy, Stealth, Rip It... Any tall girls, get 1 34"

We like the Rip-It and the new Demarini bat--has the word Black in it, but it is actually a white bat. Awesome bat!!!

Whatever you buy, I have saved a small fortune by bidding on these bats at ebay.

Demarini is the CF3.#. Of the 2009 it tested the best of the end loaded bats. I know of 3 colleges that have ordered this bat for the team. Balanced and being up North, with the cold weather. I like the Rip it Force.

Rip Its are great cold weather bats. One of the best investments we ever made. I agree--order on eBay. Also, since you are buying several bats, don't be afraid to contact the seller--yes, even on eBay--and ask for a team discount.

Our CF3 cost us $160 bidding on eBay.

Yes on the rip it. Ok at 50 degrees. I think someone posted that anything below that find a cheap walmart bat.

I guess my daughter has been lucky. She has used her Rip It for two years in all kinds of weather with no problem.

:lmao: I have the rocket tech + it is a awesome bat!!!! the length is a 32 inch and is not that heavy!!!!! I think the price runs from about $220 to $245. Hope this helps

All good choices. I also like the Miken Halo and Catalyst bats but I think it comes down to personal preference.
