After experiencing it this weekend, I?d highly recommend contacting Coach Mark at The Central Ohio Hitting Academy (614-519-9029) if your team is looking for a hitting camp. The 12U Stingrays spent 4 hours with him on Saturday. We all came away better hitters. You could see the differences in the before and after video analysis he performed for each player. He has an approach to hitting that is not simply a collection of several drills. His approach is methodical, easy for players to understand, and easy to continue after the camp, as it doesn?t require any specially made equipment.
