2009 Willoughby Starzz College Showcase
ASA Invitational Tournament
June 12, 13 & 14

The Willoughby Starzz will be hosting an ASA Invitational A/B College Showcase Tournament at Todd Field in WIlloughby, Ohio. The tournament is open to 10U, 12U, 14U, 16U and 18U teams. There is a 4 game guarantee (weather permitting). Cost of the tournament is $375.00. All teams must be available to play Friday night. The College Showcase portion of the tournament will take place Saturday morning at Todd Field. Please visit our website:www.willoughbystarzz.com for entry forms. Spoke with TD last evening, and 7 teams are already signed up for 16u, fwiw. Don't have team specifics. He said he was going to try to update the website with this info soon.

I will go out on a limb and say at best Lakeland Community College and Notre Dame South Euclid at best will be in attendance.:lmao:

The TD advised participants over a month ago, unfortunately, that the college showcase status didn't work out this year. We had the opportunity to go in a different direction, but are looking forward to playing some ball this weekend in Willoughby regardless.

Any idea when the schedules will be sent out?

Not with the Starzz, however, I spoke with the TD a little while ago and he told me that they almost done with the schedule and it should be "up" tonight or tomorrow, with e-mails going out. FWIW .... just a messenger.
