Can anyone beat this?

HS just called another rain-out. We've played 8 games this year. (And 4 of those are Saturday double-headers quickly scheduled with non-league teams.)

We only have 12 in and the weather forecast is not good for two weeks out.

Sorry Louuuu but we have played 18 Varsity. Our JV has played maybe 4-5 if that makes you feel any better. They get cancelled due to opponents not fielding a JV this year as well as for rain. And when our field is playable for a league game and the other team's is not, Varsity uses our field and JV gets cancelled.

22 games total with 6 league games left. Made up the last rain out tonight.

My game tonight started an hour late due to lightning delays. No real rain to speak of, just light scattered sprinkles. Then, two batters into the game, tornado sirens went off! First game I've ever had to cancel due to tornado.

Season on the whole (so far): 23 games scheduled to umpire, 14 actually played. 7 cancellations due to rain, one due to a school not having enough players for their JV team and one because a school had five players suspended for disciplinary reasons, leaving them shorthanded.

I was looking at the weather forecast for the next ten days and they were calling for rain or scattered thunderstorms every single day.

Trying to be empathetic but the weather isn't much better down here.Compared to last years 37 games, this year will be lucky to hit 18 total. This is awful.I was going to go on a rant and rave, but how do you?? Screaming at a rain cloud, is like wearing a "Clowns Costume" and, complaing about children following you wanting balloon animals.Futile.
I'm like MD on this one I'm hoping to win a few more to get to the Tournament.

Wow! 37 games last year in h.s. Is there an OHSAA limit to how many games a team can play in one season? I thought it was 27 games so plateprincess' team wouldn't be able to play 28 if that's the case.

Calling Cadence is located in Louisville Kentucky. Maybe their rules are different down there.

Calling Cadence is in Louisville, KY so they are probably allowed to have more. But for PlatePrincess from Mogadore, there might be a problem if she has counted correctly.
