Diamond Dominators 14u finish 2nd at Expressway

The Diamond Dominators 14u played 8 games this weekend in their first tournament ever finishing in 2nd place. They lost to a very good E.M.R. team 5-0. E.M.R. is a class act and have a great group of girls and coaches.

They were exhausted. They played 4 straight games yesterday and one early game and then 3 straight games today. The 2nd place finish gives them a berth to the USSSA World Series. The Dominators beat a very good Cincy Static team
in the semi's

It was so nice to see this very young team get off to a great start. There is nothing like summer ball. It was good to see old friends.

Congrat's to the DD 14u... would like to see the 14u bracket results. Our 14u starts their season next week at our Hawks Tourney and as you said - summer ball is finally here!

I watched some EMR games in the "back-n-forth" from Rivershore to Expressway all weekend to watch my other Static DD and I'll say EMR is tough year after year and this is no exception. 12u has an incredible team too. Congrats to EMR.

Lester I was at Expressway park. I had to bail out of Rivershore working the clinic, since the dd had to play early. Wish I had known and I would have introduced myself.

same here on the clinic, my 12u was at Expressway and our 10's at Rivershore. Racked up some miles this weekend!!! Would have been nice to meet you too!!!

I noticed the Ciny Static Purple is at Beavercreek this weekend. We are playing 14U , instead of 16U, so if that is your dd team, should run into each other. I'm sure the umpiring will be better, after this weekend..

OP , I will be with the Buckeye Heat that weekend. Flight Yellow, so we should be there all day.
