Each pool play game, coaches will select four individuals (one being a pitcher or catcher) that showed "MVP" qualities from the opposing team and these names will be turned into the Scorers Table on provided selection sheets. We will have college players observing each game and they will then take the names submitted from all games and select the best 12 players from 16u and from 18u (who are not committed to a college or currently playing for a college) to participate in the All-Star game. The winning coaches from 16u and 18u will coach the All-Star game with the assistance of two college players per team. There is only the one All-Star game designed to showcase the players in 16u and 18u to the College Coaches.

This is not for the 10u -14u divisions as the girls are not typically eligible to be contacted by college coaches.


Please note, we are reworking the pool plays due to the lighting issues at the Ohio Sports Park. There is a drive-in movie theater near the ballpark and legal action has been taken by the theaters owners. We do anticipate having the pools out to you no later than this weekend and preferably sooner.

In the meantime. The pool assignments have been set with the Pool schedule to be released tomorrow the latest Saturday. We want to verify all information due to the current legal issues regarding lighting at the field.

Coaches have been mailed all of the tournament information as of 2:08 pm today. As many of you have heard on the news, and WTAM 1100 it has been a real battle.
